Liposuction
This intervention permits the removal of
excess subcutaneous adipose tissue via the use of special cannulas.
It is mainly adopted for localised adipose deposits (Aesthetic
Liposuction), such as “culotte de cheval”, thighs, abdominal walls,
knees, ankles and for diffuse adipose deposits (Functional
Liposuction). The method is associated with
Medical-Dietetic-Behavioural treatment and with Bariatric Surgery in
therapy for Overweight conditions and Full-blown Obesity
